People on anticoagulant therapy will require close monitoring while using testosterone.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eOther interactions:\u003cbr\u003eConcomitant administration of testosterone with ACTH or corticosteroids may promote the formation of edema. These active ingredients should be administered with caution in individuals with liver or heart disease or a predisposition to edema.\u003cbr\u003eInteraction with laboratory tests: Androgens may decrease thyroxine-binding globulin levels, decreasing total serum T4 levels and increasing T3 and T4 resin uptake. The high concentrations of active ingredients make the product highly susceptible to crystallization when exposed to temperatures below the recommended range (20°C to 25°C or 68°F to 77°F) or high atmospheric pressures.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eThe product can be heated and mixed to reconstitute the active component, if necessary.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003ePerform the procedure slowly, immersing the still-sealed vial in hot water, never over direct heat, until the product dissolves again.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eBring the medication to a temperature below 35°C for application.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNOTE: Crystallization and heat exposure have no impact on the efficacy, quality or safety of the product if done properly.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAt cold storage temperatures or high pressure, the properties of this oil-based solution may temporarily change (e.g., increased viscosity, cloudiness, or crystallization).
